Blanc de noirs
Grape variety: Gamay
History and tradition: The anthocyanins responsible for the color of red wines are present in the skin. After being harvested by hand, these Gamay grapes were pressed directly. Vinified after pressing like a Chardonnay, this is how we obtain this white wine from Gamay. Tasting this cuvée combines the freshness and tension of a white wine with the delicacy and fruitiness of a red wine.
Soil: Gamay is grown on soils derived from siliceous volcanic rocks, shale or scree.
