Santenay 1er Cru - La Comme
In the continuity of the Morgeot de Chassagne climate, this terroir has all the characteristics to produce remarkable wines. From old vines, the wine is complex and long in the mouth. Empyreumatic or flinty notes are typical of the plot. Fans will appreciate this aromatic profile. In order not to accentuate this character trait too much and make the wine coarse, we have opted for fresh-toasted barrels and aging with very little sulphur.
