From April 19, I offer you a farm-to-fork restaurant at the Château in Mimande. Chez Armand, open from Wednesday to Friday, noon and evening . Menu composed of simple, raw products, linked to their terroir .
From farm to fork
I am a farmer and I want to show that it is possible to eat healthily from artisanal cuisine prepared with care and with products whose provenance we know.
The meats - cow and mutton - come directly from my farm 20 minutes from Chassagne-Montrachet. A permaculture garden is being created at the Château for the accompaniments.
Chez Armand offers us the possibility of bringing together the productions of the Domaine Armand Heitz, the farm, as well as the beers produced in collaboration with Brasserie de France. The tables are set at the Château located in the town of Chaudenay, a few kilometers from the wine-growing coast.
To celebrate the opening of the restaurant, I propose an "electro meat" evening at the Château in Mimande on Friday May 12 from 6 p.m. On the menu: music by the group Assemblage, wines, beers, boards, burgers.
