I offer you a farm-to-fork restaurant at Le Château in Mimande. Chez Armand, open Tuesday to Friday, lunch and dinner. The menu is made up of simple, unprocessed products linked to the local area.

From farm to fork
I'm a farmer and I want to show that it's possible to eat healthy, home-cooked food prepared with care and with products whose provenance you know. The meat - cow and sheep - comes directly from my farm 20 minutes from Chassagne-Montrachet. A permaculture garden is being created at the Château for the side dishes.
Hyphen
Chez Armand brings together the products of Domaine Armand Heitz and the farm, as well as beers produced in collaboration with Brasserie de France. The tables are set at the Château located in the commune of Chaudenay, a few kilometres from the wine-growing coast.
Privatisation
The restaurant can be hired out for your corporate events, teambuilding activities or just to get together with your colleagues. Contact us for more information!
