We were able to select the magnum hops grown by Houblonnière du Château, an organic farm located in the commune of Corberon, just 10 km from the Brewery - it couldn't be closer. A very subtle hop, both aromatic and bitter, it perfectly matches the style and aromatic balance that I advocate and love.
