Description

Top-fermented rye beer. The brew is partly made with raw rye from a Burgundian farmer. More than 40% of the rye is used to give the beer its spicy and smooth character. We use neutral yeasts and traditional hops to let the cereal express itself to the maximum and reveal the terroir from which it comes.
