Esprit de terre
Esprit de terre is our cuvée in the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation. It is a blend of plots that reflect the identity of Burgundy with our philosophy as a guideline. For me, wine is sharing, conviviality, gluttony, generosity but also taste, terroir and above all nature. When I open a bottle of wine with friends, that's the experience I want to have. This is what I offer you with Esprit de Terre.
Grape:chardonnay
Appellation: Vin de France
History and tradition: A fine and delicate white wine made from Chardonnays from our vineyards located in Beaujolais.
Soil: medium-deep siliceous rock and blue stone.
However, we remind you that:Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume with moderation.
Keeping: 2 years
Temperature: 10-12°
