I invite you to take the walk that crosses the vineyards of the Montrachet hill and goes to the top of this mythical mountain. You will be able to discover the terroirs that overlook the grands crus. The soils are quite stony with sometimes low clay content. The wines produced on these soils are pure and precise with a very good aging potential if the aging has been well conducted.
