Top-fermented buckwheat beer. The brew is partly made with raw buckwheat from a Burgundian farmer. More than 40% buckwheat is used to give the beer its typical character, with notes of hazelnut and caramel that make for a gourmet beer. We use neutral yeasts and traditional hops to let the cereal express itself as much as possible and reveal the terroir from which it comes.
