Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is fourteen (14) days. If fourteen (14) days have passed from the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error, will be refused.
Any item which is returned more than fourteen (14 ) days after delivery will be refused.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from it.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you a e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We'll also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account. original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check first your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to armand@armandheitz.com and send us your article to the following address:

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and if shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
Meat
In application of article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal referred to in article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code cannot be exercised due to the nature of the products sold; these are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
