Prime rib ~1.2kg / €34.70 or €28.90 per kg
Net x2 ~0.35kg / €18 or €50 per kg
Sirloin x2 ~0.6kg / €18 or €30 per kg
Bavette x2 ~0.4kg / €12 or €30 per kg
Breed: Charolais/Salers cross heifer
The pieces of meat are vacuum-packed. Approximate weight of the different pieces. The final price will be adjusted according to the actual weight.
Store in the refrigerator between 0° and 4°C. Can also be frozen.
Expiry date of minimum 7 days (see exact date on packaging).
