Description

In 2017, Europe liberalized planting rights in the Vin de France appellation. I took the opportunity to plant a plot in 2018 between Puligny and Chassagne de ... Sauvignon blanc. The vines are planted at the crossroads of a road where all the winegrowers pass regularly. The plot therefore did not fail to quickly arouse remarks. Our syndicates and appellation representatives did not see this opportunity to diversify our dying vineyards favorably and wished to forbid this possibility. That's why I called this cuvée Parcelle interdite.
