Grape:Chardonnay

The village of Pernand is a bit like Saint-Aubin. There is an excellent group of winegrowers in the village. Terroirs of high quality, a rising reputation but not yet at the level of Meursault. I really enjoy working with these appellations that connoisseurs will be able to unearth. Caradeux is a magnificent terroir located next to the Vergelesses which gave the name to the town. Slightly exposed further north, the planting of white is completely justified. The wine is greedy and precise. No hesitation, this bottle must be in your cellar.
