Rosé is a wine that I appreciate a lot. Often devalued, it deserves as much respect as other wines. This cuvée requires the same attention in the vineyard and in the cellar as for the grands crus. If some producers have industrialized it in order to standardize the product by erasing all the personality brought by their terroir, too bad for them. Like the wines of the estate, Sol de rosée will express itself more on freshness, elegance and purity.
