Located between the Opera and Place Vendôme, La Petite Régalade perpetuates the tradition of the creator of Bistronomie Yves Camdeborde at the restaurant La Régalade (Paris 14th). Bruno Doucet, having taken over the reins of the restaurant, offers a technical and generous cuisine; the menu is comforting and accessible.
His motto: "respect for the products, just seasoning, perfect cooking".
To accompany the 2018 Folie Sauvage, chef Bruno Doucet first offers us eggs with crab meat mayonnaise, then beef tartare.
